  1. Read “How is My Perspective Shaped?” discussion (p. 147).
  2. Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ge0b5EPdL8I  from 5:55 to 7:48 and 10:20 to 11:32 to see the different subtext that can be delivered through the exact same words.
  3. Volunteers prepare dialogue on p. 177 with scenarios.
  4. Discuss subtext and stage directions. (p. 176).
 
Review citing line numbers in a drama (Essay Guide, pp. 92-93).
