-“Trump to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital, forge ahead with moving US Embassy _ Fox News”
Discuss elements of bias in the two articles.
Read about headlines “How Headlines Change the Way We Think” on pp. 381-383 of the SpringBoard text.
Discuss the Information Literacy worksheet completed last week (Information Literacy Pages Annotated.docx in the Essay Guide folder).
Go over the requirements and timeline of the Research Paper (and collaboration opportunity):
Argument Research Synthesis Essay FA20.docx,

Form collaboration group if interested (no more than three people per group) and fill out the Collaboration Contract.
Discuss subjects and topics and read about the details of the argument essay claim statement (Essay Guide, pp. 6, 8-11).
Create a working thesis and post your working thesis in the discussion board: U4L3A2 Working Thesis in CTLS (WF). If you are working with a group, your post should indicate the names of ALL the members of your group.
Once you have posted the working thesis, you should respond to at least three other groups/persons by midnight, offering constructive criticism.
Post your initial claim to the Discussion board by 7:00 PM tonight and respond to others by 11:59 tonight.
Once you have considered the feedback you receive from others, adjust your working thesis if necessary and post the final Working Thesis to U4L3A2 Working Thesis in Turnitin by 11:59 on Wednesday, March 30.
