- Paraphrase each verse of the excerpt from the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 6: 24-30; p. 301).
- Read the story of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15: 11-32; pp. 302-304) and answer the Critical Reading questions on page 304 (included in the presentation, below).
